With super soft, fluffy, fur and knitted accessories, Posh Paws International have created a glorious range of vintage style Christopher Robin Winnie the Pooh Soft Toys. The collection includes Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet and they have been released to coincide with the upcoming new Disney Christopher Robin movie.
If you’ve read any of my other Posh Paws reviews (Disney Plush Soft Toys, Star Wars Plush Soft Toys, Jurassic World Plush Soft Toys, Porg Plush Soft Toys) you’ll know that they are renowned for making high-quality soft toys and this Disney Christopher Robin collection is no exception. These are the kind of soft toys that stay with you for a lifetime and will appeal to everyone. They’ll tug on your heartstrings, keep you company and make you feel safe and loved. Just like a favourite soft toy should. We were sent the vintage 7″ Winnie The Pooh (Pooh) and vintage Piglet to experience and fall in love with.
Christopher Robin Pooh Bear
The Christopher Robin Pooh Bear is so soft and fluffy you just want to hug and squeeze him. He has his classic soft paunch belly and a cute knitted red jumper, small beady black eyes and a stitched black nose. There is no mouth detail which helps give him a thoughtful, contemplative look. The fur fabric used to make him has a lovely ruffled, slightly messy texture. His limbs are fixed but do move because he’s so lovely and soft. He’s perfect paw for holding and just like Piglet, he sits neatly on shelves, tables, the ground due to a little weight added around the back bottom area that feels like rice or grain.
CHRISTOPHER ROBIN PIGLET
The Christopher Robin Piglet is my favourite… sorry Pooh! With his knitted scarf that trendily hands down the back and green knit body, he oozes nostalgia. Every part of him is easy to grab, hold and hug and like Pooh he sits easily on shelves, table edges and the ground thanks to his design and the addition of some grain (well it feels like that) in the back part of his bottom padding. I can just see this little fella becoming the best friend of so many young children.
The 7″ version is easy to hold/carry by his hands, feet and ears, plus he tucks beautifully under an arm comfortably and he tucks neatly under your arm. Again he’s made from super soft slightly scruffy fur with beady inquisitive eyes and no mouth. I really think the lack of mouth adds to the charm of these soft toys as there is a soft intensity to their expression that really makes you feel your being listened to.
With an age range that starts from birth, the Christopher Robin collection are available as 7″, 10″ and 20″ sizes can be bought at Debenhams and on Amazon.
