A while back I reviewed ‘Design & Make Steampunk Jewellery’ kit by Interplay. It was a big hit and my girls loved everything about the kit.

    A bracelet my husband bought me on a trip to Antwerp. I fell in love with it in the shop window but the shop was closed for lunch and we almost missed our flight home waiting for it to open!

    I bought a lovely charm bracelet in the market just the other day that was made up of all the pieces from monopoly. It’s really cleverly done as the chain is made similar to the irons you’re put in when you go to jail 😉

    I love jewellery but tend to think of it as art and craft to be admired rather than worn every day. I have a couple of old glass brooches that are tucked away safely but I love to see the children’s wrist wraps and bracelets.
