Getting Creative with Walkers Bugles

Some snacks are just meant to be finger food and the New Walkers Bugles fit perfectly into that category. Their cute, textured pointy shape screams at you to stick them on your fingers and waggle them about which is just what we did… resulting in the playful game called ‘The Game of Bugles‘.

Walkers Bugles Flavours

The Game Of Bugles

You will need, bugles, small containers and a stop watch.

For one or more players… if playing solo then the objective is to improve your time. If playing with others you need to be the fastest player to win!

To play ‘The Game of Bugles’ you need to find two bugles that will fit onto you pointy finger and thumb… we call this the ‘Beaky Bugle‘

The game of Bugles Walkers Crisps

Next you need to pile 10 loose bugles on the table in front of your container.

The object of the game is to be the first to move all the loose bugles from the table top into your container before your timer runs out. We set ours to 20 seconds.

How to play the game of bugles

If the timer goes before anyone has managed to move all their loose bugles then the winner is the person with the most bugles in their pot!

Watch the video below for further details and to see how it’s played and don’t forget to check out #WalkersBugles on twitter or Instagram for more fun creative ideas!

Walkers Bugles are a new corn snack  available in three flavours…

Cheese,
Southern Style BBG (my personal favourite just in case you’re wondering)
Sour Cream and Black Pepper

Not only are they the perfect playful snack but they also pack a pretty good textured crunch, which is a must in my books when it comes to a satisfying snack. As mentioned they’re made of corn maize and contain no artificial preservatives, no artificial colour, no MSG and are currently suitable for vegetarians.

They’re currently on sale in all major supermarkets  in 110g sharing bags (rrp £1.99), as multipacks containing 6x 20g bags (rrp£1.50) or as single 30g bags (rrp £0.57)

Oh and they also look pretty cool on the top of a pineapple!

Fun post, thank you for sharing. The video of the game was great too, and I laughed out loud with the Bugles on the pineapple!

I tried these last week and loved them, they’re actually really tasty. Not sure they’d be around long enough in my house to play games with 😉

They would not stay around long enough for my boys to play with them! They really like these and had some to try last week.
