I love ‘Little Croc’ which I have in the English and French versions.
I have to admit, I think The Enormous Crocodile by Roald Dahl is the only Crocodile book that I have read and I know that I enjoyed it!

One of the items was a book called Open very carefully… Its about a crocodile who hijacks the story of the ugly duckling. My daughter loved it and we still have it on her book shelf even though shes now far too old for it

every night The Enormous Crocodile is my 6 year old sons favourite he’s my second born I then have a 21 month old and 11 month old twins and he always gets me to read this to them too. It’s a book that’s in our routine

My favourite crocodie story was in the Just So Stories by Rudyard Kipling. In the story “How the Elephant got its Trunk”, there is a crocodile which gets hold of the elelphant’s nose, and in the ensuing tug-of-war, the elelphant gets its trunk.
